This is a County program that has failed! This place CHANGED MY LIFE!!!
This is the worst rehab in San Diego. Everyone had drugs, a girl in my room OD on fentanal and the staff was just standing there watching me give cpr I had to tell the staff to call 911. Then they were going to transfer me to another rehab because the director cursed at me and was so unprofessional, the director said she found me a bed in oceanside. I went to McAllister at the perfect time when I really needed help. It was a wonderful place - the staff was amazing and it makes you feel like you can really get better and and rule the world again when before I was having so much trouble. This was a safe place to just go relax and heal. They had tons of food and they are very supportive and they let you do what you want pretty much -read and watch movies and you have to only go to one group meeting after 72 hours.
