I went there in 2022 paid $69. For glasses w/Ins. Asked for a appointment card for next year. They said ill be notified! Never was. Lies....Totally unprofessional! Go back again with Ins. But they tried to sell me full package! Asked if they could fix my bent glasses they said no! Its past 1 year. But they never even reminded me to go back. Referred 2 people to them. They werent happy either. Felt pressured to buy full package! They want $$$ but wont provide glasses for customers at all. Said to me i didnt have Ins. But i do... read more
Broken glasses and they don’t care. I haven’t even had these for a year. And they discontinued the frames I bought and I see why. Overpriced and then they refused to even fix them without me paying AGAIN! I have been a patient for 13 years. And I will find a new eye doctor. Shame on you Dr. McAllister
