RecommendedThe Wellness Center is such an amazing asset to the McAlester and surrounding communities. They offer over a hundred classes each month, two indoor pools ( exercise pool and therapeutic), indoor walking track, cardio equipment, strength training equipment, a spacious free weight area, and three studios! The staff is also amazing !
It’s a joke!!! All the workers are rude and have no since of decency! The mangers (or the “main manager”) vision for the wellness center is not for general wellness it’s a coffee shop for the elderly. And while I don’t condemn the elderly, there poor treatment will not go unnoticed anymore. I have seen an old man fall and no one help him up, my brother and I helped him while workers stare!!’ This is only one of many incidents!!!! #shameonyou #noonelikesthat #whatshame
I think the wellness center is a joke! All the people there will suck up to cover there butts, and don’t care at all if anyone gets hurt. It’s a disgrace that the managers will allow people to fall on the floor and do nothing about it, since they are all huddled up behind the welcome stand doing nothing. What about letting an old man have heart flutters and almost fall down from a heart attack and have the staff stand there and look at them, among the staff was the MANAGER!!! My family has had several terrible experiences with the wellness center. It’s not about wellness at all.
The pool classes are great. Fun and easy on my bad knees. Now I can walk up stairs without pain!
I really enjoy going to this gym! The classes are great, it’s clean! The employees are all very nice and helpful. Zumba class is fantastic!
I have never had a problem with this wellness center everyone is very nice the place is very clean and the classes are amazing
