Had a hip replacement done and my leg stretched of 2 cm. McAlester Regional Health Center Home Care was excellent. My assigned home health Nurse was Ms. Maggie and the Physical Therapist was Ms. Sonja. Fantastic, caring folks. However, you will have to follow your surgeon's and home health provider's instructions to heal successfully. Do your exercises, eat a healthy diet to promote healing. They will instruct you, but you will have to do your part too, doing the exercises EVERY day and drinking 3-4 bottles of water or non-s... read more
