Terrible experience. I have two Zoom AC units. MCAir replaced my 25-year-old attic unit, while I kept the older unit in the basement. Two years after the new installation, the attic unit couldn’t cool properly during the summer. MCAir came out but couldn’t find any issues. They blamed it on the hot weather (over 90°F) and said my thermostat was set too low (73°F).
