I do not recommend working with this relator or even buying a home he’s representing. Very unfriendly, dismissive, and often waited until the last minute to respond to offers. Does not take into account a home’s condition, or neighborhood it’s in. Lacks details or specifics on listings as well. He will try to get every penny he can from anyone no matter what. The entire experience felt rude and frustrating. I do not recommend working with him.
