This company has been extremely disappointing to work with. Upon move-out, we were charged paint fees for repainting the entire home, even though the property was not freshly painted when we moved in. As a result, they withheld the majority of our security deposit. HVAC drain pipe put center, behind wall, no protective barrier. Hang picture, screw goes through pipe, constant stream of water comes down wall, ruining floor. You tell me if this looks like the place to put an hvac drain with no barrier. Houses thrown together fast. Feel like all the company did was lie. Don’t trust this builder if you want your house built the correct way. The house looks pretty on closing date but things start to fall apart shortly after. Driveway’s we’re supposed to fit 4 cars but only 2 can fit comfortably. Paint job was horrible, walls are thin, yard was soded and not kept up. After closing the grass immediately turned brown which is costing me hundreds of dollars to replace. Would give 0 stars if possible, we closed on our home in April of 2021 and since that time I have had to replace the coils and the coolant in the HVAC(A brand new system) had issues with the hot water tank leaking obsurd amounts of water and best of all this past weekend there was a rupture in the main water line. Turns out the pipe wasnt installed correctly, was rigged. The home isnt even 3 years old. Builder didnt have the integrity to solve the issue, so here we are.
