The service arrived on time. The technician found that our circuit breakers were outdated and posed a safety hazard. The technician completed the job within a reasonable timeframe.
One of the best customer service experiences I've encountered. They added a portable generator plug-in for my home. They responded quickly, quoted me quickly and fairly, and performed expert work. They embrace communication by text, sending pictures and videos of the work and final product since I couldn't be there, as well as providing some free advice to me and my wife.
Eric and he team were very professional and efficient. We have used this team in the past and will continue to do so.
