Amazing Response & Service – When I published my not-very-happy with the second visit post I almost immediately heard from Mickey, MC3's owner. I visited Mickey in the salon today and she immediately understood the problem with my hair and corrected it quickly and graciously. I now not only have the color I wanted, she restored the texture and shine as well. Mickey went above and beyond to ensure that my experience at her salon was top-notch, and she succeeded. Great Experience! – Took advantage of the groupon for MC3 yesterday. Was really excited about it for I was in need of a change. Mark was my stylist . . . He made me feel comfortable and it wasn't long before I felt I was in very capable hands. Mark gave me a great new cut and took the time to discuss and show me a couple of different ways to style my hair. I loved how knowledgeable he was and how he took with time with me. Thanks again!

AWESOME haircut – used my groupon to have my hair cut by new-to-charlotte stylist mark. come to find out, he is from new york and has experience cutting celebrity hair. needless to say, my hair was in good hands. i walked out feeling beautiful and knowing i will definitely be making a trip back to see mark!

Not pleased at all – I saw a Groupon for services at this salon and thought it would be a good day out for my daughters and me. When I made the appointment, I told them I needed an appointment for me and one daughter for manicures and pedicures to be done at the same time so we could sit beside each other. I was quoted a price of $60 each less the groupon price which would have been $10 extra. simply the best – i have been going to Mickey for over a year now. I was thrilled when I started with her and still am. So many times hairdressers seem give a different cut every visit. But Mickey has consistently worked to be sure I looked my very best. I change shades of color and the products she uses improves the look and texture of my hair. Not Terrible, but doesn't meet expectations. – Since I moved here, I've always gotten my hair cut at Planet 21, which is a reasonable salon as far as price and quality, but not anything particularly special. I thought I would try out MC3 because of the hype that was going around, and I walked out disappointed and feeling like I had wasted my money. Quick Cut and Highlights – I had been going to another salon in Charlotte for the last few months. This week I was unable to make my appointment there and the salon was unwilling to work with me to reschedule so I had decided it was time for a change. I called MC3 and was able to get in that day with Robert. I now have fabulous blonde hair and a cut that I love. Before no one really noticed when I got my hair cut but after going to Robert I have recieved more compliments than ever before...thanks!!
Highlights/Hair Style – I had color and hair chop at a walk in place. This time I wanted a style and color . I described the look and color I wanted to see my hair is very straight and hard to cut.. Mickey did my hair and it was very good and exactly what I wanted. The prices were very reasonable. I will be back and so will my wife.

Spa Day – I went in for Highlights walked out with it all. First this Spa is about you feeling and looking your best I have never had a Spa consider what I need and don't need . Many of the Spas are great for massages but this place has the bells and whistles. I loved the Sauna before and after my massage, My body wrap gave me so much energy and got me in my skinny jeans for my date that evening.
