On Friday the 27th, I called in at the last minute for a haircut and color. Nora was kind enough to take the job. I came in around 5pm and we spoke on a light soft look on gray highlights and a root touch up follow by a haircut with layers. She did explain it would be a while, but she didn’t realize it would have taken a few hours “bless her heart”.
