Called about getting gravel and dirt. Lady said she would call me back and schedule to deliver. Never called me back. Called again three weeks later and received a text they would call back (never did). Called a third time on the business number a week later and guy said “I’m at work right now, I’ll call you back later.” Terrible customer service and communication. Lastly, pricing was above every other place in the area.
Great family and great business!
One of the best companies in Southern Illinois. Professional, friendly, and excellent. It’s very rare to have businesses like this in southern Illinois and I’m so thankful for it.
McVicker Excavating has provided us with multiple dumpsters, cleared large lots of land, and did all of our dirt work at our new Herrin Branch. So professional and friendly, providing exceptional value.
