Attended a viewing and memorial service today for a dear friend. The funeral home personnel were helpful and respectful. The room in which the viewing/service took place was beautiful and very nicely arranged, with groupings of sofas, armchairs, and comfortable folding chairs. The problem occured when the Pastor rose to speak. The sound system was making hideous noises, at frequent intervals making it practically impossible to hear him. Then, it stopped working altogether. On 2/7/25, our father passed away and we chose McVeigh to help with his services. As difficult of a time that it was, David and his staff were professional, attentive and beyond helpful in planning the wake, funeral service and burial. We would recommend McVeigh to others who are going through this, as they take on so many responsibilities in planning a funeral and make suggestions that may help you in making such a sad event a memorable one.

We can’t say enough about McVeighs funeral home. Our mom recently passed away unexpectedly and the thought of planning a service seemed so overwhelming.
