I am very happy with the experience I had at Total body Solutions. Mark is very knowledgeable about the body, muscles and how everything work together. I was surprise how I had a pain in one part of my body but he concentrated in another part close to the pain area, making the pain disappear. I had two treatments with the machine for the abs and it really made me feel like I did 20,000 sit ups, my entire core feels tight and strong, I can't wait to go back for my next treatment.
