Im first time mom and when I’m pregnant its in the middle of pandemic i was so worried . Dr jill and the people work there makes me comfortable and not to worried. Dr jill cared to me and my baby.
I arrived for my appointment today and unfortunately wasn’t even able to be seen. I did not catch her name but the front desk last was absolutely less than caring. I presented her with my ID and insurance card. To which she basically shut me down... she didn’t say it but ultimately came across that I will not be being seen. She told me I would need to check into my in-network providers and verify if they are one. Love her have been going for 3 years now. Office staff and nurse are both very great and caring. Dr. McTaggert explains things takes her time with you and makes you feel very comfortable.
