**TLDR** This has been the worst experience I have had with any business or business owner ever. I paid for an entire year in advance with the request that I be notified before the next payment was due. They said yep no problem we can do that. I even said if this would be an issue I can just do monthly so it’s easier for me to keep up with. I was assured that this would not be a problem and I would be notified. Highly recommend this storage facility. Very nice facility and I feel that my property is safe. They are easy to do business with.
I have had a storage unit with McSwains Self Storage for about a year now. I wanted to see how my experience was before posting a review. It has been absolutely great! The communication is outstanding. They offer multiple ways to make your payment each month so it can be convenient for you. And the office lady is super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend!
