Patrick was phenomenal to work with and helped us through making tough selection decisions to ensuring our satisfaction through the punchlist process and even afterwards. I have recommended this builder to a few of my friends from law school and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality.

I been in my house that Mcshay built in Alexandria Va for 20 years. Im going around looking at homes, trying to help my friend buy a home, and I can say there is no home like a Mcshay home. The builders use high quality materials. No builders can come close to the quality. Great job Mcshay, keep up the great work!

Poor workmanship, cuts every corner possible. The only reason they are still in business is because of exploitative laws that make builders virtually untouchable.

Sales will offer credits that changes over the course of negotiations from high amount to lowest amount possible. When they found out we had a realtor they are trying to talk us out of it. Its out right to be represented by someone. We ended up not buying a property with them. Its a blessing in disguised.
