Extremely disappointed. Brake pads were replaced with very poor-quality parts and stopped working within 6 months. A brand-new battery installed in my other car failed the very next day. Completely unacceptable. I will never go back to this place. In my opinion, they are scammers. Avoid!!
Outstanding experience and top notch level of service. Extremely accommodating staff that communicates well and with care, and more than fair pricing. We will be regular customers here for sure
I recently visited M&C Service in East Meadow for a routine vehicle inspection. I have a documented medical exemption for my window tints, which I brought with me. However, when I presented this exemption, the staff refused to acknowledge it. They insisted that no such exemption exists and became increasingly hostile. Instead of explaining their stance or discussing the issue calmly, they started yelling at me, creating a very uncomfortable and confrontational atmosphere.
