They get two stars from me because their customer service was alright. What I didn’t like about them is that I paid $80 to get a 50/50 answer. I was desperate to fix my electrical problem so I took the chance. I was willing to pay them hundreds of dollars!!! Thank goodness they were no a show. I went with another company who did not charge for an estimate and they did the work for less.

Would not had given even 1 star but had to so I could write the review. I called at 8am spoke to receptionist who immediately transferred me yo a tech so I wouldn't have to explain myself twice... I explained my elderly mother lives in a trailer and has had problems with electricity for a few days and she's been without light in the rest of her trailer except for her room for the past couple nights.
