Dr McQueen is an excellent ENT Doctor whom I have known and seen over several years. He quickly accesses and professionally your issue while offering follow-up care as needed. He is friendly, polite and very thorough. My family trusts him completely with all our ENT medical matters and I highly recommend him to friends and family.
Demeaning
The first thing out of his mouth was tinnitus cannot be treated. So, why they even bother to list it on the website as one of problems they service? Then, he wanted me to do more tests to my meniere disease (MD) dx that runs in my family. He even made a couple of erroneous medical opinions about MD and said he could not help me. Dr Chapman McQueen is superior. His expertise gave me my life back. I was in a serious car accident and had fluid draining from my ear. He recognized it was spinal fluid and was able to get me the help I needed to eliminate my headaches and my dizziness. The staff at Alamance ENT is fabulous also. Especially Kendall his nurse! I highly recommend Alamance ENT and Dr. McQueen!
After my child reached the age of 8yrs. tonsils and adenoids were removed. When she reached 27yrs. he removed her thyroid because of cancer. Now 31yrs.with no recurrence. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly.
