We recently moved into an older home. The previous owners had several cats and dogs. Mark cleaned the air ducts and pulled out clumps of fur that were surprising. He was very careful with our new hardwood floors and wore shoe covers the whole time. He also checked the system and cleaned the furnace to get us ready for winter. I had been noticing dust around the house, so I booked a duct cleaning. Tom worked carefully and even pointed out a small toy my son once dropped into a floor vent. He laughed and said it’s something he finds often. The vents looked clearer afterward. My allergies felt a bit better too.

The air duct cleaning was comprehensive. David, the technician, arrived on time and carefully described the process. The air quality improved immediately, according to my observations. He also examined my dryer vent and removed an unexpected quantity of lint. He also informed me of a probable problem with my air conditioning repair needs in the future. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
