I had a laminate floor put in approximately 6-7 years ago. When my old floor was being torn out I mentioned to the installer my concern with a depression in the floor from my hallway to my den. I was told not to worry as the new floor was flexible. 2 years later that panel split. They came out and replaced the panel, at no charge, but never filled in the depression.
