Just don't bother. I went to get some uhaul boxes to find a hand written note telling me to call a number where some bloke gruffly told me the don't deal with uhaul any longer. It would be great if they updated their web presence but they don't seem capable.
We were ghosted by another storage facility and had to find a unit to unload in time to return our rental truck. I called this location, the phone was answered on the first ring! I asked about an available unit, was given the details, price and instructions. Upon arrival the gentleman was very friendly and helpful, and the unit was perfectly clean. Great customer service !
Went to pick up uhaul and they were not there. Waiting 45 minutes
