Chuck is very very pleasant, very helpful and most of all patient. We have been looking to purchase for a little while and he as been helping to find the best fit for our family. Joanne and the rental department is pleasant and accommodating as well. The service manager personally found resources for issues for our rental while we were out of town. We will recommend this place to anyone who needs the services.

We have been renting accessible vans here for years! We always have the best service and Suzanne is great!! The weekend specials are super reasonable!!!
Don't buy a car from these people. They're the worst ever to deal with. You'll end up with a car with warning lights and every kind of thing coming on and they won't do anything to fix it. They say they do but they don't do a thing. Just lie to you.
Suzanne is wonderful to work with. We rented a van from Stow, because we couldn't get one from the Akron office.
