Friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out for a weekend rental.
Worst experience ever. I would 100 percent purchase from somewhere else! We have a handicap vehicle that we purchased 3 months ago, still unable to drive it due to registration paperwork issues. We live out of state and understand that can take a bit longer.. but not 60 plus days!! So yes, we are paying for a vehicle we cannot currently use for a handicapped parent. To say we feel let down as a customer is an understatement. Zero stars was not an option.
Everyone I’ve dealt with seem to genuinely care about the customers. The gm Fahaad has come out and said “we need a different part than the one I ordered and I’m so sorry”. I appreciated the way he took ownership of an issue and got it resolved, instead of playing the “blame game” that seems so common when having to deal with management at an establishment. Every need and situation is so unique & customized but they figure out a way to make it happen. I’m very pleased with everyone I’ve dealt with
