Mac, water and light has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The most recent is when my power went out today on April 18th. 2025. This was due to a car accident a fatality. I understand that it takes time to investigate incidents like these. And I am empathetic to the person and their family members. However, not keeping customers informed of expected power restoration is unacceptable. The power is still off going on 4+ hours. They are ok. Helpful staff at least.
A chipmunk blew up our transformer and within 30 minutes of my report on a Saturday morning, we had power back on. Huge thank you for amazing service.
