Absolutely horribly run utility, with the absolute worst customer service on the planet. Shower no empathy regarding a medical waiver for a 60 year old man who has survived nasal pharyngeal cancer and 3 strokes who is on oxygen. Completed a medical waiver, signed by his doctor no less, and turned it in the day they initiated a shutoff. The rep at the counter told me they were going to shut it off anyway. I recently moved to McMinnville I have been here exactly 1 month. I have paid my first bill. I was happy with how low my bill was over all. However Monday a notice was attached to my door giving me one day to pay a bill from 1995 of 270.00 from an address neither myself or my husband ever lived at, or our power would be disconnected the next day. Just had to pay a bill that was not mine, even after proving that I never lived at the address they claimed I lived at in 1995. 270 dollars for a 30 year bill. Absolutely ridiculous. So glad people can get away with identity theft and they don’t care.
