They are ok. Helpful staff at least.
A chipmunk blew up our transformer and within 30 minutes of my report on a Saturday morning, we had power back on. Huge thank you for amazing service.
I love the fact the my bill only changes ones a year.
Their rates are unbeatable. But, I don’t like the fee for being a customer. Typically around $15-$20. Also, If your payment is late, they charge $35. And they will “disconnect” your electricity …. then charge $40 to “reconnnect” . Expect to be billed $95 if you are late on payment. Thank god for AutoPayments! I’ve always wanted to live off grid… they keep me motivated. With solar shingles on the roof and all the other FREE and interesting ways to harness electricity… I will be billing them soon. I've completely struggled with this utility company. They never answer their phone and they have messed up my bills multiple times, either charging me extra or not charging me at all. They don't take any accountability.
