I hate the billing statement. I had credit and it was being taken off and also I was paying I went in so I could get my statement explained and she couldn’t. Finally she ask her boss and he said it just looks that way. I’m still trying to make sense of it all. I plan on getting it all figured out without them

Absolutely horribly run utility, with the absolute worst customer service on the planet. Shower no empathy regarding a medical waiver for a 60 year old man who has survived nasal pharyngeal cancer and 3 strokes who is on oxygen. Completed a medical waiver, signed by his doctor no less, and turned it in the day they initiated a shutoff. The rep at the counter told me they were going to shut it off anyway. What the heck? Banker's hours for a public city company. Closed for renovation site .. were we informed ? Should charge McMinnville water and light for my gas milage to go there to pay my bill by drop off!! And where r u now?? No one seems to know. And now, opens at 12vnoon
