I recently visited McMinn Memory Gardens and I felt compelled to share what I experienced. Cemeteries should be places for reflection and remembrance. To say I was disappointed in what I encountered is an understatement. The first issue I noticed was the overall maintenance of the cemetery. This could be a beautiful garden to lay your loved one to rest . We have several family members here and over the years this place has went downhill. We ask why the roads are so bad and the landscape. Amy the office personnel told us that everything in the world has tried to be done but nothing works . Amy gave every excuse on why it can’t be fix we even asked if it was a cash flow problem and she said no they owners have plenty of money and they own 30 cemetery's . They sold my parents plots and buried someone in them. Blamed it on new employee. Said they couldn't reimburse them. This is the way they treat older people.
