I was scheduled for a WIC appointment by phone yet was called hours before the scheduled time with no follow up or explanation afterwards. Unfortunately, due to not expecting the call earlier, I was unable to answer. IF there was some unforseen emergency on their part, I would understand. However, I didn't even receive a call back from them about rescheduling (if that was indeed the case). This was all very unprofessional behavior coming from state funded employees. Not very friendly, seemed put out that I was there. I was denied presumptive eligibility despite being in income guidelines so something was entered incorrectly on their part. I wouldn't recommend this health dept.
Nice people and good help
Employees are rude. I was told different times they shut down card machine. Do not bother going after 3pm. Also the employee was speaking about another employees health issues extremely loudly for everyone to hear.
