Opted out of patient portal but was auto enrolled to receive med info via link in txt msg. If I don't want to participate in patient portal why would I want to do this? Office informed me they didn't do it, it was system generated and I have to call Care Notify to be removed. I have to correct even though I didn't ask for it.
