Nice and clean
Great place to live for 55 and up
I've lived at McMahan's Fairway Terrace Mobile Home Park since 1986. Paula takes great care of everyone of us living here in our little community. Jerry and Sandy have been super good to me for 38 years; saved me twice, even. Everything is even better maintained and clean than most municiple suburban neighborhoods.
Seems like a safe place to live, mostly clean, but the lot rent is a bit much and whoever Sandy is, isn't nice nor does she know how to answer the phone. And what's with a gun store and makeup place?! These are mostly elderly folks who could care less about either. What they need is a little convenient/grocery store that's reasonably priced!
