We had our pick of the litter when it came to therapist and unfortunately we decided to go with this monstrosity. She worked out of her home and that was uncomfortable in itself. I have been to therapists occasionally in my life before, but in my opinion, Ms. McMachen is one of the best. She is understanding, yet practical and honest. I recommend her highly.

Absolutely the most uncomfortable experience of a lifetime. More time spent listening to how skilled the doctor was. She has a very high opinion of herself. Thought it was extremely unprofessional the way she talked down to me, criticized me and talked about other patient issues. Still clear of this doctor until they seek their own professional help.

My sister attended a session and it was a very similar experience compared to the review below. She felt unwelcome, judged, and talked down to. All things that a therapist should never make you feel.
