I booked an appointment three days in advance for a wheel alignment on my Audi, but when I arrived, the mechanic was busy and told me he would call me later. I never received a follow-up call. It was frustrating, especially since I specifically scheduled this service ahead of time. The mechanic’s attitude when I mentioned my car brand was also disappointing – he sighed, which felt unprofessional. I expected better service and communication.
