I’m not a customer per se, but I’m a truck driver most specifically a car transporter. After having to use his property to load up nine cars on my tractor trailer got to talking to Herb the owner. He’s very knowledgeable about vehicles. He has a very distinct passion for cars and the repair of cars and his hospitality is unmatched. If I ever needed work done on my car, I would highly consider coming here.

I booked an appointment three days in advance for a wheel alignment on my Audi, but when I arrived, the mechanic was busy and told me he would call me later. I never received a follow-up call. It was frustrating, especially since I specifically scheduled this service ahead of time. The mechanic’s attitude when I mentioned my car brand was also disappointing – he sighed, which felt unprofessional. I expected better service and communication.
