Very poor communication within their team & customers giving very unrealistic times of when available. Took over 5 hours to complete an oil change. Their excuse is that they are too busy yet wont let you schedule a good time for them. Also asked for someone to check my brakes while it was there as there has been a cracking sound to them. Noone checked the brakes or even acknowledged my request. Not surprised. Been getting my oil changed here for years & unfortunately will not be returning
Joe and his staff are excellent. He takes the time to explain to you whats going on and breaks down the repairs so you understand. I am a retired mechanic and i trust him with any vehicle. He is a good guy. Very fair pricing too. Would definetly recommend him.
Great bunch of guys.. Been going here for years.. As honest as they come !! Joe is a great guy & I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else !!! Bobby with the black ram gives you guys 2 thumbs up for sure !!!
Owner is very good man, and he got professional staff there, no games, no scams! Highly recommend
