Not coming back here for sure. Sales person is not so responsive after it is sold and service is under staffed and doesn't answer the call. very obvious warranty service was charged and no refund and no response :(
Bias service Can't even get through via phone to order a part. Need to go online unless you bought it from them. Pretty hard to do that when you buy a brand they service used and you need to just order a simple part. i took the time out of my day to go online and make this point. Part ordered form competitor.

Never.. Service sucks! READ ALL : So we bought our camper last year @ the "fun factory" in Fargo... The camper had some warranty work so this April I brought it in to have done before the warranty expires... They had it a month and nothing... Couldn't fix it because they could not get the parts in time... So I said.. Just send me the parts I will do your job... Casey or Corey , the general manager called me in May.. WILL BE BACK!! My family and I had great experience with McLaughlin's RV & Marine. From start to finish they made us feel like their #1 priority. I would highly recommend McLaughlin's to anyone.
Happy Experience My family and I have been purchasing from McLaughlin's for years and have always been pleased with the level of service from pre to post sales. People that complain about helmets taking too long to ship, or having to pay for oil, or having to wait for your boat to be serviced is shocking. They aren't in charge of whether Artic Cat has available helmets -they are re reseller, if you need more oil then you need to pay for it, and they are one of the very few places around the lakes that do service boats so it ... read more
