I will never go here again, and likely - due to their incompetence will never have another mammogram again. They coded and billed my procedure incorrectly as diagnostic and now my insurance won't cover it. When I tried to speak to the manager about this - I believe her name was Rachel - she got very flustered. She was talking over me, refused to give me her name and title and basically told me I was out of luck. I have been going here for 6 years now. Today I went for my annual and had the worst experience I have ever had there! I have a large tumor which had a biopsy done last year. I have also had several ultrasounds on the same area. All of this info is made available to the technician who I was assigned to for the mammogram. I won’t use her name but she was extremely dismissive when I had questions about seeing an oncologist. She had horrible bedside manner and was absolutely pushy and high strung once we got back to the room. I... read more

I went in for my first exam and at first everything was good. However once in the waiting room in my robe one of the staff started to loudly comment that I did not need to be there. It made me uncomfortable for the duration of the visit despite having a lab order. Later the same staff was talking about how she was burning out and it goes to show the importance of mental health care in the nursing community. If nothing, playing soft music in the background would have prevented me from hearing the conversation. I brought it up... read more
