Manager is great …. Owner on the other hand is horrible at customer service. I submitted photos of my damaged belongings due to water soaking thru the back wall and floor… not to mention the lack of gutters allows water to splash under the door. His onsight manager has witnesssed with his own eyes the water damage and mold on my belongings.
