This doctor was brutally uncaring and unkind to my elderly mother with dementia. He had not an ounce of compassion or empathy for what she and our family were going through during the difficult process of trying to get good quality care for her devastating illness. Son went in know gallbladder was bad, waiting on ultrasound results for 2 days Was told making a surgeon appointment it has been 4 days, no return call… nothing. Meanwhile he is in pain and missing work… like the people there. But someone has dropped the ball
