Bought a car a few months ago and i have to say i could not fault the service at all. Staff were friendly , nothing was too much bother. The whole process from start to finish was the easiest i have ever done . I will definitely be back when it’s time to change my car . Highly recommend !
Worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune to come across. They "forgot " to MOT my car so I was driving illegally. I had to chase them up to get a date.Took weeks to get my handbook and service book. Service book had been lost so I only have a record of the service they carried out when the car is now 5 years old. I asked them to fix some paint chips on the bonnet....looks like they used a Tippex pen to do it. Buying a car is usually a lovely experience but Mckinney motors do the reverse.
