These guys were very honest, transparent, and easy to work with. I won’t hesitate or consider another for glass repairs in the future. They were insanely nice, with a lobby full of goodies, and were done even faster than they said they would. Special shoutout to Chris Zimmerer who took care of me! Even vacuumed my shamefully messy car.
Great staff, very friendly and prompt. Scheduling an appointment online was easy. The staff there recognized some previous filling on my windshield and addressed that along with the new filling. They were very affordable and helpful and I would go back to them again.
They are really nice here & they honor their lifetime warranty unlike some places. I had to replace the power window regulator 5 years ago. It went out this weekend & the place I bought the part didn’t honor the warranty on the part( since The place I bought it at in Mesquite didn’t keep records & I lost receipt). Even though I had no receipt Safelite found record using VID number... didn’t charge a thing to put the new one on. And worked me in quickly though I had no appt. Five ⭐️ ‘s to this Safelite!! Thank you so much!!!!
