I am a fan of their pricing, and they ship quick for items they say are in stock. Perhaps they deserve more stars for getting those things right, but I am just so frustrated I cannot. My assigned account rep seems very nice, but should really be assigned elsewhere. She sets her phone to never ring and only go straight to voicemail (for 2 months running), and I've never had a returned phone call even once, so I gave up that method.
