The shift on our 1st pu was very professional and fast. Upon return next day, the lady inside was extremely rude and even though we were 1st in the dock, she made us wait over 2 hours just to offload us. After reading past reviews, we probably came out better than most. Definitely don't recommend this place and we won't be back.

The only downside to this place is that there is no toilet, it takes a long time to load, and the warehouse employee speaks rudely to the drivers.

Had to cheat our right turn from Chambers onto 35th Pl because street is narrow and semi in oncoming traffic on 35th Pl. Got here before 0700, our appointment was for 1700. Got a dock immediately and started unloading us within 15 minutes. No bathroom, back up to dock with doors closed so they can check/remove seal. At first they said we'd have to wait to close to our appointment time but was able to get us immediately. Plenty room to maneuver and back into docks; but dock 17 looks tight if there is someone in 16.

I have good experience I’m coming one day before 4/7/26 3:00 pm , they unload in two hours .

The worst facility I have ever seen.checked in 10am and they did not put me dock yet 3pm now.no restroom.disrespectful employees they are yelling and screaming instead of explaining .just extreme terrible.what kind of owner is this just giving to pain carriers if you do not like to be in this business you do not have to man.
