The worst facility I have ever seen.checked in 10am and they did not put me dock yet 3pm now.no restroom.disrespectful employees they are yelling and screaming instead of explaining .just extreme terrible.what kind of owner is this just giving to pain carriers if you do not like to be in this business you do not have to man.
This is a terrible place to come and unload. I do not recommend it. I arrived at 10:00 am and it is 4:30 pm and I still have 3 pallets in my trailer. Do not come here. Terrible place.
Had to cheat our right turn from Chambers onto 35th Pl because street is narrow and semi in oncoming traffic on 35th Pl. Got here before 0700, our appointment was for 1700. Got a dock immediately and started unloading us within 15 minutes. No bathroom, back up to dock with doors closed so they can check/remove seal. At first they said we'd have to wait to close to our appointment time but was able to get us immediately. Plenty room to maneuver and back into docks; but dock 17 looks tight if there is someone in 16.
Good service. But they really do need to get a Porta Potty. Please that would be a genuinely great thing for McKesson to do. Step up and dig down in your heart and get a potty 🚽 for the drivers that sit here hours waiting to get loaded/unloaded. Please remember that people may really need to go bad and don’t have a proper place to go potty so please please don’t forget about the drivers the haul your product from sea to shining sea. Thank you for your support.
