Crista Benedict has been amazing for my custody case, she was one of the few attorneys who shared my concerns, she has a small child of her own and saw exactly where I was coming from. Not a good experience here. We had Williams as a "unbiased" mediator for an estate that was strongly opposed by every single member of the family except for the elder son and executor. He allowed them a favoritism and seemed indifferent to the obvious preferential treatment even though we pointed it out in the first minutes. The mediator just kept repeating the oppositions talking points like they were his own words. He allowed them a favoritism and seemed indifferent to the obvious preferential treatment even though we pointed it out in the first session. We were hamstrung from the first 5 minutes. No lunch break so we were there for 6 or 7 straight hours and starving, nice facility, they had water a bathroom and a few snacks but that was it.

Bakke was good for divorce. Unfortunately, for a second situation this firm did not handle the case well for me. I hired a new lawyer who was able to get the results needed for myself and my family.
