Very unprofessional! Last year, due to their incompetence, I've had to wait FOUR MONTHS for them to complete my business taxes and every time I called then for a follow-up, they always had an excuse as to they are going to get to it. Henry himself said it should have taken only 2 weeks to finish. Never doing business with them again!
BEWARE!!! I want to this place because it was referred by a friend. In 2019 first 2 years was ok. But now I have a big problem 2021 tax came back saying I owe 5k plus interest. So I Brought the letter to them And they found what the problem was and they said all they needed to do was revise it and give me a different child credit. I also had them check tax return for 2022 and find out that it's the same problem I would be owing IRS 10K at this point.
