You guys are the gold standard for electric cooperatives. I moved from watford city to the philippines and I wish we could get your standards here. We are paying 38c per kwh but receive frequent outages and regular brownouts. I wish we had an amazing cooperative like mckenzie electric here nothing but good things to say about you guys. Power keeps going out, electronics beeping on and off. PS5 keeps having to repair. Also, I live alone, only one person using the internet. Can't stream 4k movies, and keep losing connection when trying to game online. $80.00 a month for such lacking service.

Terrible service, they will keep billing you even after disconnected, and they will also keep your 300 dlr deposit..
They pull crews during bad weather and leave people without heat why they sit in their cozy homes enjoying their night off! I have never experienced such bad service from a power company in my life. If I had another option I would switch. I have and will continue to report this issues with the governing body over seeing this terrible company.
