I was a patient a of Dr Mckenzie for a very long time, while I was in the military I was sent overseas. I called to see him again and When I returned, he had actually answered the phone and we spoke and he remembered me. He told me to call back the following day and he would see me.. I called and was told he couldn't see me and was not taking any more patients EVEN THOUGH I even E MAILED HIM AND HE SAID HE WOULD DEFINITELY HELP ME ..
