I love Dr McKeen! I have been a patient since she saved my life 13 years ago! She is very thorough; explains everything in an uplifting way. She is also very personable.
I would definitely recommend this office. I give it 10 stars! Everyone was very friendly and caring. Dr. McKeen is a special kind of doctor and always took great care of me. Nurse Dedra is great as well. Thank you to everyone who works here.
I'm a BRCA2 carrier with over 11 relatives with breast cancer including my mother and my brother. I've been with Dr McKean since 2008 when I was diagnosed as a carrier. She has watched me and guided me over all these years. She and I both know that this day would likely come and I was diagnosed in December 2024 with breast cancer. Dr McKeen is THE BEST. Winsome is awesome. Dierdre is a gem. And Niwah is also great. The waiting room TV is unnecessary noise. It's a pity the front desk staff are often stressed and sometimes insensitive.. we are dealing with a life threatening illness. It was apparent that there was not a manager, managing the staff's interpersonal attitudes. The phlebotomy ladies are always great!
