I was trying to become a new patient. I had an appointment on the third week of June/2022. They called me on the day of the appointment (I had already taken the day off from work to go there) and told me that the doctor would be in surgery, and they had to cancel. That is understandable. Not sure about the doctors (we never did see a doctor) but from the moment we walked in the front desk acted like we were inconveniencing them. When you (the customer) start out by asking how someone (the receptionist) is and they roll their eyes at you; I am pretty sure it isn't you giving the attitude and that is how it started when I walked in.
