McIntosh Builders just finished a water damage repair and additional 2 bathroom remodel plus upstairs bedrooms/hallway and downstairs re-fresh of new paint, finishes, install of appliance, etc. Scott was very responsive and professional throughout. He was a great advocate for us when communicating to our insurance company as well. Scott's whole team listened to our needs, helped us adjust our budget (including reducing our costs often with sound advice and tips!) as needed, and finished our project exceeding our expectations... read more
Fantastic team of contractors. I have been working with this company for many years and they always have great customer service. Today I had a roof leak and they were able to come out the same day. It’s a pleasure doing business with Scott and his crew.
Great people to work with! Thank you Ken for taking the lead in remaking our kitchen, dining room, hallway and utility room. JP and Jorge were just great in every way. The precision JP showed in putting in the cabinets was so much more than I could have imagined. Thank you to Home Depot for the beautiful cabinets! I can't say enough about these folks. The subcontractors they brought in (the painters, flooring and electrician, plumber and countertops) were so professional and thorough in their work. I applaud all of you!
They just totally remodeled our Rohnert Park home. They did a great job with great craftsmanship and there wasn't one employee that I minded in our house (this can be a touchy thing when one deals with contractors). Also, there was an issue that popped up and McIntosh took care of it completely and very satisfactorily. They may not be the cheapest in town, but you can count on their word, that things will get done in time, and if there's an overrun they will let you know. There were no surprises.
