We purchased some items through an online auction. Their communication is almost non existent. It's been over a month and I haven't received my items. They don't return phone calls or answer emails. Twice they promised that it would be shipped by a certain date but those were empty promises (guarantees). If they aren't able to ship items within an acceptable time frame or don't have the staff then they shouldn't offer shipping for online auctions.
