I wish zero stars was an alternative; that's what this company deserves. I called this company a week ago, to schedule a time for them to come out to pump our septic tank. Marcia said the earliest they could be here, would be May 8, 2018, between 9-10 a.m. Of course, there are other companies I could have called to come out sooner, and now wish I had. Can I give zero stars? We had an appointment for them to come out today for septic cleaning and they didn't show up. No one called.
They answered all my questions. Made sure that I was completly saitisfied. It was great having such a knowlegeable employee taking the time to help me and mine.
