Frequently interrupted during sessions, even picked up other personal or patients calls while we were talking. The “office” has no secretary so this was a frequent problem. Assured that my insurance would give me a $20 copay and later found out after a few sessions that was not the case and had to pay around the $100 per 45 minute session out of pocket.
